YOU MAY:
Use our graphics on your personal or commercial sites
Your site is considered commercial if you sell anything on your page
(this includes consultation services, or any other intangible method of making a profit) by directly or indirectly offering goods and/or services.
Edit or use your own html pages instead of the templates included in our sets.
Please do not edit our templates unless you have some html knowledge.
We are not responsible if any page does not work correctly after editing any of our templates.
(This does not include editing of links , adding text or images for your content)
Create pages for your site using graphics included in the set you purchased.
Add text to any Blank Logos, Banners, Plugs, Buttons.
Use any backgrounds included in the set you purchased to create coordinating email stationary, newsletters, site forums.
You May Not:
You MAY NOT use these images and claim them as your own.
You MAY NOT print and redistribute these images for profit.
You MAY NOT share these digital files with others.
Though you purchased these items. you do not retain the copyright,
you are licensed to use them for PERSONAL USE ONLY, on your personal or commercial website. All copyrights to elements, graphics, and sets are retained by Ahomemadechristmasdesigns with all rights reserved.
These files are licensed to the purchaser's computer only and are NOT to be
shared, loaned, rented, resold, distributed, transferred, or posted across a bulletin board, network, modem, Internet or web page. Do not make copies of these files on any electronic or physical medium (including CDs, diskettes, or other storage medium) for any reasons other than back-up purposes.
You may not break up my sets. Everything on my sets is for that particular set only.
They are not to be combined with any other sets.
You MAY NOT Remove the link to our site if you are using any of our page templates.
Blank Banners & Buttons are the only images that can be edited (resized, text added) You may not alter, change, colorize, resize, or modify any of the other graphics.
You MAY NOT use the content for any harmful, pornographic,
or racial material or material that may be deemed harmful or offensive to another person.
You MAY NOT use these files for obscene, defamatory, or immoral works
or any other purpose which is prohibited by law.
Directly link to any images on this site unless they are specifically labeled as such.
Linking to any graphics on our site is bandwidth theft & is illegal!

Purchase of each layout entitles a Single user per purchase the right to implement this theme on a MySpace profile. Layouts may be used for personal and/or commercial use.
